WARRANTIES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

General Terms
All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Prices are final as of time of order and good within two days from the time of the Purchase Order. All products are shipped F.O.B. (Freight On Board) and become the sole property of the purchaser upon delivery to the specified shipping agent. For shipping damage, customer should file claim to its carrier immediately. Any discrepancy, including wrong items or missing items, should be reported to Lord & Flints Computers within 36 hours. All packages will be shipped the following business day. Your purchase from Lord & Flints Technologies because of our web site on the Internet is an acknowledgment that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions. All brands and product names mentioned are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of their respective holders.

Limited Warranty
Lord & Flints Computers warrants this memory product against defects in material and workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of original purchase. Lord & Flints Computers, at its option, will at no charge for parts and labor either replace the product or repair it or refund the purchase price of product during the warranty period. OEM memory modules are covered by 30 days replacement warranty. All CPUs and CPU Fans are covered by a 14 days replacement warranty. All motherboards are covered by a 6 months replacement warranty unless otherwise specified.

Return Policy.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product purchased from Lord & Flints Computers, you may return it to us for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Normally, all returns for non-defective reasons are subject to 15% restocking fee. This fee does not apply to defective product within 30 days of original purchase date. Due to extreme volatility in the memory market, and the computer industry as a whole, we can only accept non-defective returns within 7 days of original purchase date. All returns shipping must be prepaid, insured and bearing a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number on the shipping label. Any shipping charges incurred when returning product to Lord & Flints Computers are the responsibility of the customer. All shipping, handling, insurance and C.O.D. charges are additional and non-refundable. Contact us for an RMA number, which will be required to ensure proper crediting of your account. We cannot accept returns without an RMA number. Returned products must be undamaged, clean, and otherwise new condition with all original materials i.e. original packaging, warranties and accessories, and must be accompanied by the original invoice. There are no returns for motherboards, exchange for the same model only.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover: (a) installation or service of product; (b) conditions resulting from consumer damage such as improper maintenance or misuse, abuse, accident or alteration; (c) all plastic surfaces and all other exposed parts that are scratched or damaged due to normal use; (d) the operations of our products with equipment not supplied by Lord & Flints Computers; (e) products which have had the serial number removed or made illegible; (f) products rented to others.

Limits and Exclusions.
There are no express warranties except as listed above. Lord & Flints Computers shall not be liable for special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including, without limitation, direct or indirect damages for personal injury, loss of goodwill, profits or revenue, loss of use this product or any associated equipment, cost of substitute equipment, downtime cost, loss of data, programs or business information, or any other losses, or claims of any party dealing with buyers from such damages, resulting from the use of or inability to use this product or arising, from breach of warranty or contract, negligence, or any other legal theory. All express and implied warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the applicable warranty period set forth above.

State Law Fights.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state

Provincial Law Rights.
Some provincial laws do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of warranty coverage in certain situations, so some of the above limitations or exclusions contained in this limited warranty may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may have other rights, which vary from province to province.

HOW TO USE LORD & FLINTS COMPUTERS WARRANTY SERVICE
To take advantage of this warranty, you must do following:
- Contact Lord & Flints by dialing 671-327-0359
- If it is determined that your product requires service, you will be issued an RMA number.
- Pack the defective product securely for shipping. Include only the product(s) that are defective.
- To ensure prompt service, customer should provide a detailed and specific description of problems for returning the product.
- Ship the defective product, the copy of original invoice, and the RMA number to the address provided you in our return mail.
